On 14 January 2014, following a short thruster burn just after 15:30 GMT (16:30 CET), Gaia reached its operational Lissajous orbit around L2.
According to ESA, "The execution of yesterday's manoeuvre was nominal with a deviation below 1% of the prediction". Calibration activities on the Basic Angle Monitoring and Wavefront Sensor devices will take place in the next few days.
